- We reserve the right to decline services in cases of incomplete information or disruption to the training process.
- Use of our training platforms and materials must comply with our usage guidelines.
3. Quality and Scope of Services
- We commit to delivering high-quality economic training services with certified professionals.
- The scope and deliverables of each training program are defined in the respective service agreements.
- We reserve the right to make organizational changes as long as they do not compromise the fundamental training objectives.
- Clients are responsible for actively participating in training sessions and implementing agreed-upon strategies.
4. Payments and Service Terms
- Payment for economic training services is required according to the agreed payment schedule for each program.
- Refunds are provided only in specific circumstances as detailed in our refund policy below.
- Late cancellations (less than 24 hours notice) incur a processing fee of 50% of the session cost.
- No-shows without prior notification will be charged the full session fee.
5. Refund Policy
At SoulEconGrowth, we are committed to client satisfaction and educational results. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent:
- Initial Training Period: Clients may request a full refund within 14 days of their first training session if they are not satisfied with our training approach or methodology.
- Training in Progress: For ongoing training programs where sessions have begun but the program is not yet completed, we may offer a partial refund less the value of sessions completed and administrative expenses.
- Completed Programs: Once a training program has been completed as outlined in the service agreement, refunds are generally not available unless there is a substantial failure to deliver agreed-upon services.
- Package Services: For multi-session packages, refunds will be calculated based on the number of sessions remaining, minus a 20% administrative fee.
- Process: All refund requests must be submitted in writing to billing@SoulEconGrowth.com with detailed reasons for the request and supporting documentation.
- Timeline: Refund requests are processed within 10 business days, with approved refunds issued to the original payment method within 14 business days.
We evaluate each refund request individually, considering the specific circumstances, training progress, and our ability to provide alternative solutions to address client concerns.
6. Data Protection and Confidentiality
- We handle all personal data and training information according to our Privacy Policy.
- Clients agree not to share confidential information from training sessions without authorization.
- Recording of training sessions or sharing access credentials is prohibited without written permission.
7. Changes to These Terms
- We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, particularly in response to legal changes or service improvements.
- Significant changes will be announced at least 30 days before implementation.
- Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
8. Final Provisions
- Canadian law applies exclusively to these terms and conditions.

- If individual provisions become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
